The Zonat system is accessible from anywhere via the web and is very easy to use. It allows me to customise exactly what my customers and staff hear in-store. There are a great selection of prearranged playlists to chose from and the scheduling is very flexible. We play easy listening in the morning, the latest chart hits in the afternoon and dance music later in the night to motivate staff when stacking the selves! You can also create custom lists from the huge selection of music in the music manager. The advertising feature has allowed me to advertise much more effectively in-store because of the quick turnaround in recording our own custom ads and the current franchise ads are available automatically scheduled. Editing the advertising schedule is as easy as a couple of clicks and an advertising campaign conceived in the morning can be playing in-store later that afternoon. This enables us to target specific products and areas when we need to. Another advantage is that I can choose the frequency of each ad in each zone. Almotech as a company are fast, friendly, efficient and deliver exactly what they say they can. Support and training in how to use the system has been excellent. The Zonat is the best in-store radio system I seen or even heard about. Coming from an IT background I am greatly impressed with the implementation of both hardware and software.
